Services Offered
IT consulting, PMO, system design, infrastructure, cloud/AI implementation, operations support, Claude Code + Obsidian document-management service, and the optional AI Statute Search & Amendment Monitoring module.
Price
Priced individually per engagement, quoted in writing after inquiry or NDA as applicable. Reference pricing for the Claude Code + Obsidian Document Management service: ¥200,000 setup + ¥10,000 / month maintenance (tax exclusive). Other services are quoted per scope.
Fees Other Than the Price
Japanese consumption tax (10% as of 2026-04), bank transfer fees (borne by the customer), and on-site travel costs when applicable (disclosed in the quote).
Payment Method
Bank transfer against an invoice issued by the Company.
Payment Term
Within 30 days from the issue date of the invoice, unless a different term is agreed in writing.
Delivery / Service Start
The Company commences delivery within an agreed schedule following execution of the service agreement. For the Claude Code + Obsidian service, setup typically commences within 2 weeks of contract execution and completes within 4 to 8 weeks depending on data volume.
Returns / Cancellation
Because the services provided are personalized professional services, returns in the traditional sense do not apply. Cancellation and refund handling are governed by the individual service agreement. For monthly maintenance, cancellation is accepted with no minimum commitment; fees already billed for the cancellation month are non-refundable.
Exchange for Defects
If the deliverable does not substantially conform to the specifications agreed in writing, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or re-deliver within a reasonable period. This is the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for non-conformity, subject to mandatory law.
Notes
- The Site itself does not provide direct online sale of goods or services; pricing shown is reference pricing. A binding offer is made only via a written quotation or service agreement.
- For customers who are consumers as defined in the Consumer Contract Act, mandatory protections under that Act apply notwithstanding any contrary provision in the individual service agreement.
- The Company complies with Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and the requirements of the enforcement regulations thereunder. Items not otherwise disclosed on this page are provided without delay upon reasonable request.
